I had 3 licenses ended January 2017. I bought another one today for a new computer and.... . Now I have only one license on My Secure ( ??? ) and unprotected computers.... Any idea?
Did you purchase both the licenses using the same email address? Were you able to see the 3 devices before in the same account/email address?

I have found your case with our support about this license issue. The agent handling your case has replied regarding the recommended solution on 26/11/2016. Could you please check your inbox or other folders to see if you have received the email?
I have also advised one of our agents to resend the last email sent to you. Please check if you have received the email with the steps for your issue.
