I had 3 licenses ended January 2017. I bought another one today for a new computer and.... . Now I have only one license on My Secure ( ??? ) and unprotected computers.... Any idea?
The same account . I saw 3 current devices and wanted to add another one. Support will contact me next 2-3 days. Why 3 days? I don't know. It seems to be simple to check my history ,PayPal payments... We will see.

Did you purchase both the licenses using the same email address? Were you able to see the 3 devices before in the same account/email address?
