F-Secure blocking a download.

Hello! I've had F-Secure for a while now and I love it! But recently I haven't been able to update "Razer Synapse", I uninstalled it thinking that would help and now I can't even install it. I have turned the firewall and everything with F-Secure completely off, but I still see that in the "Recent Events" Tab that it's still getting blocked and I can't seem to find a way to change it?
