F-Secure blocking a download.

Hello! I've had F-Secure for a while now and I love it! But recently I haven't been able to update "Razer Synapse", I uninstalled it thinking that would help and now I can't even install it. I have turned the firewall and everything with F-Secure completely off, but I still see that in the "Recent Events" Tab that it's still getting blocked and I can't seem to find a way to change it? If it's not giving you the option to allow the program, then you may need to Submit the file to the labs in order for them to whitelist it.  I believe this is usually a fairly quick process.
