Multi-Device protection offer

I keep getting a pop up offering me multi-device protection and I don't have any other devices I need to protect. How can I stop the pop up annoying me every 10 minutes about it? Please Help. I tried to chat with a representitive but they disconnected me.

May I know which F-Secure product are you referring here? Do you have the license purchased for the product on the same device?

Frontier installed F-Secure on my computer years ago. I pay a monthly fee to them for it. This offer is an up-grade offer that I don't need. The pop up does not have a "no thanks" button just a "postpone" button that I have to press to hide it for awhile.

Thanks for your update on this. However, since this is a pop-up from the Frontier Security program (which is a customized version of F-Secure), it would be best to contact Frontier first so that they can guide you. Please get in touch with Frontier Support if you do not want the upgrade offer.
