Freedome TAP driver digitally signed driver error

When installing Freedome, Windows tells me that TAP driver cant not been installed because it does not have digital signature. 

I found another topic where they are telling that https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/3033929 should be installed. When i try install that, windows tells me that i already have this update and its not applicable to my computer.

Windows 7 home premium x64  fully updated
