iMessage and iCloud services not working while Freedome is on

Hi,
I'm currently travelling in Vietnam and been using a lot of public wifis. Web browsing and whatsapp work fine with Freedome on. Unfortunately neither iMessage nor iCloud email work with Freedome. When I turn it off, they work fine.
I tried to change settings (privacy tracker off, safe browsing off, location services off, tried different locations in Freedome) but nothing seems to work.
Same issue persists with 2 iPads and 2 iPhones (latest iOs and Freedome). I never had this problem in Finland.

    Hi UrbanNomad,

     

    Are you having issues with both sending /receiving emails when Freedome is turned on? I found this article which has some information about sending emails when Freedome is on.

    Both sending and receiving iMessages and iCloud email doesnt work while using Freedome.
    Gmail and Whatsapp works just fine.

    It isn't very convenient to turn on/off Freedome everytime to check iMessages.
