Freedome code does not work on iPhone

in F-Secure VPN

I purchased a 1 year subscription (for 5 devices) from your website a while back. Trying to use it on iPhone didn't work the first time, even re-installed the app a couple of times but in vain. Latest error message is "could not create VPN connection". Need your help to resolve this issue asap please.
