My Freedome doesn't want to turn on

When I try to turn on Freedome it gives me an error.

    I have the same issue, it just won't connect...just posted about suspecting it has to do with MS account/One Drive login messing with access rights / sharing and it could be something to do with that. Messing with those rights and reinstalling Windows made it work a bit better ie I can now see locations list which was blank before, but still no connect. No errors, just nothing.

    Please open a support request in order to investigate further on this issue. Please do attach the logs and the screenshot from Freedome to check this.
