program pop-ups position problem on Win10

program pop-ups position problem

F-secure Safe pop-ups appears partially out the display borders (res.3840x2160)

The main program window comes on the right-down corner (a quarter in, three quarters out), but I can move that one at least.

The banking protection pop-up appears on the righ-up corner of the screen, mostly out of the border. Buttons are unreacheable. I'm unable to close it and to move it. It covers the main command buttons of the browser. I have to minimize the window to operate. The only way to exit the banking protection is to shut the browser completely. That's a bit enerving! 

 

Please Help !

 

I got a snapshot that I would like to attach to this messsage, but it seems to be quiet complicated also

    Do you have multiple monitors or virtual desktops enabled?

    I have the same Problem

    If I use me 4 k monitors (PC  and laptop)  the popup screens are not correctly shown.

    They are placed in the corner, there you can not see them completely and you can not move them to a more convenient location

     

    In case of banking web sites the pop up is only shown only  partly because it is in the uper right corner,

    Yup i have same issues running on a microsoft surface book , win 10 .

     

    its a pain in the neck

     

    any ideas people?
