in F-Secure VPN

I subscribe to Freedome F-secure  and my Iphone has to be formated  after 1 month

after doing that i realize the code is no more valid and it says ive autourize more than 1 device

Kindly help me

i have the screen shot and even the reference number: xxxxxxx

with name Benjamin Femi Remi

Date : August 4 , 2015 , that was my subscription date

Please help

    Could you please provide us the following information to check further?

    1. Screenshot of the error message seen during the code validation

    2. How many devices are currently having the Freedome installed?
