Login problems - Known issue!

Dear F-Secure Customers,

We have identified an issue with Europe OneID which affects our My F-Secure and Community logins.

Until the issue is resolved you will not be able to login to My F-Secure or the Community.

    Hi All,

     

    Everything should be back to normal now. Let us know if you still experience issues when logging to our community or to My F-Secure.

    Hey Ben, just amoment ago I cannot seems to be able to login to my account.

     

    I have to keyin the Captcha inorder to login straight right in to the Commuity account.

    Hi Rusli,

     

    Thank you for reporting. Did you get any error? 

    The Captcha should only appear after a few failures to log in.

    I have account and username Machist. Today I try to login and it asks nickname? So now I have different nickname (Machist1)?? I use same email and try to reset password etc..

    Hello Machist,

     

    I made the necessary change so that you would get your old username and statistics back.

     

    Let me know should you still have any problem.

    I too, have multiple usernames here, all they have the same email address.

    Hi @Temposaur_2,

     

    Thank you for reporting it. I can indeed see 3 accounts/usernames with your email address. Following recent maintenance's, some of our users accounts had problems and may need adjustment. I can see that non of the 3 accounts were very active(couple of posts and logins). 

     

    Temposaur_2 is the one currently active.

    Could you tell me which of the usernames you want to go by so I can make the needed changes.

    I logged out and logged back in. It still shows my username is Temposaur_2.

    I tried refreshing page, if it was only from browsers cache, but no, still Temposaur_2.

    Blackcat here. Could not login using my previous username/PW. Would only let me set up a new account with a new username.

     

    Can this problem be fixed.

    You should now have access to your old account again. Let me know should there still be a problem.
