the code not correct

hi

 

i had purchased freedom vpn, when i submit the code no. it show "the code not correct"

i have double check and ensure the code input is rightIMG_20151009_184523.jpg

    Hi Carriefong,

     

    May I know from where you downloaded the Freedome application and installed it? Was Freedome installed as a trial version or using any other code on this tablet before?

    I download from F-secure official website trial version. I never use the code on other machine. Just purchased on last Friday.

    Hi Carriefong,

     

    If you have not used the Freedome code before on any of the devices and if it is still new, could you try to uninstall and reinstall the Freedome on your computer and use your purchased code?
