I can't turn on my parental controls and password not recognise.How do I retrieve it by using the apps. I have been to the website to change my password but the apps is not recognising it

I'm using the mobile version (F-Secure Safe) on my mobile phone.

Hi Saying4all,

If you have forgotten the Security code to enable the Parental Control, I would recommend to click the option below 'I have forgotten the Security code' to reset your Security code. You will be receiving an email to your email address through which you can change it.
