Too many reinstalls now my subscription code won't work

Hello,

I purchased a 3 device subscription. I have had to reformat my iPhone a few times in the last month.

Now when I try to install Freedome using my subscription code it tells me that "This iD is not valid for the device".

based on what I read in the kb that if you uninstall and reinstall Freedome using your code it will use up your uses.

Can someone in support help me get my uses back?

    May I know if you have used Freedome on any other devices apart from your iPhone? Could you please provide me a screenshot of the error when you try to use Freedome on your iPhone so that I can check this further? You may send me a Private Message with your subscription code and error screenshot and I will get back to you on this.
