Hi barraq, that means you've installed it previously and now you are reinstalling again with the same code? Freedome code is valid per installation only, but I'll PM you for further instructions on getting your subscription back.
Just a few questions to help pin-point your issue:
Another possible reason is that there might be some sort of network issue at the time. You can try again and this time, let's try entering the code without the spacing.

Same issue, had to re-install on my PC and now my 12mo key is no good, but it remains fine on my LG Optimus Pro (Android) Strange.

I received the Beta Program installer, and the install went fine. I click on the (Submit Beta Feedback) and my login info for this forum will not work with it, and the Email I used to register for the beta program prompts a reply that its being used.A good solution to this is the Beta download page that shows the amount of keys, it would be very adventagous putting the Beta Feedback there and associating that email with the beta account and all feedback, (jmo)

Not sure that it's can be actual or helpful (or related), but some months ago.....
I met same situation about license key. My situation was with experience, when valid installation was removed (and license key dropped as activation-status) with new installation/re-installation try around.
During try to "add" valid license key - I get just a same mistake words.
I did next steps (which was work for me) for get back my valid status for license:
-> Randomly (or close to that) I saved all installers of Freedome (various versions).
-> I goes to thinking about... which version was first installed for me (based on registry keys in my experience) and when was latest one during my experience with "activation license-key".
So... installation for oldest version and after that "manual" upgrade to "not fresh version" (it was related with version, which work during time... when I get license-key) comes with experience... when my license-key accepted again normally.

Regarding your code issue, may I know if this is a multi license key and how many licenses have been used on which devices?

The same problem returned
Yesterday was running on Windows 10 for 5 days and today says
Could not verify your code
Or return to the Windows 7
1. It was working before.
2. I took it away for a reason I do not remember.
3. I have made different attempt to reinstall the program.
4. The answer is always the same Error: Could not verify your code. Try again later.
THIS WAS FOR MY PC.
5. So, I took away the program from my iMac.
6. The same error still exists in my PC, even after once again taking away the program from my PC and installing again.
I'll appreciate very much your help.
I was able to solve the problem.

With my F-secure I had another code to send for family members and friends. So, I used this other code for myself. I hope that this would be of help.
The error "Could not verify your code" in most of your cases is due to the uninstallation and reinstallation of the application. Freedome code is only valid per installation only. If you uninstall the application, and try to reinstall it using the same code, that code will not work. That's when we'll PM you privately to check the backend for your details/subscription etc.
