On MacOS.X the following error occured after submitting my subscription code.

 

Could not verify your code. Please try again later.

 

I tried it severl times. Re-installation of freedome doesn't solve this problem.

    Had similar issues recently on both OS X and Windows 10 with my 5 device license.

    Hello,

     

    did you do a reinstallation on your device prior to this error appearing ?

    I don't know, could be. I reinstalled freedome several times (if updates were available). I removed freedome, installed it again, etc. 

     

    There was one problem I had the whole time. Every time I closed freedome or rebooted my system, i had to enter my code again. Could that be the problem?

    Hello Chris,

     

    You do not need to reinstall and reenter the code for every update. You can simply apply the update to your current installation.

    Every reinstallation takes one seat on you subscription(multi-platforms subscription ).

    Hi Ben,

       That might explain my issue.  I haven't reinstalled Freedome as such but after migrating one of my machines to OS X 10.11 I had to reenter the key as it looks like the app loses all its settings across versions.

     

    Is there no way to unenroll an old install?
