I don't know, could be. I reinstalled freedome several times (if updates were available). I removed freedome, installed it again, etc.
There was one problem I had the whole time. Every time I closed freedome or rebooted my system, i had to enter my code again. Could that be the problem?

Hello Chris,
You do not need to reinstall and reenter the code for every update. You can simply apply the update to your current installation.
Every reinstallation takes one seat on you subscription(multi-platforms subscription ).
