I've recently formatted my pc and re-installed F-Secure, but when I enter my product key (that's valid until April 2016) I get the "invalid key" message.
I need some help because my trial is expiring.
Could you tell us with which product you are having this problem?
Ive had same problem today.They gave me an 11 numbered key when it should be 12.They cannot resolve it,bunch of clowns id say.
I am using Windows 8 and the F-Secure Internet Security.
We need in both case to check(and maybe reset) the status of each subscription keys, could you please open a support ticket?
