trusteer rapport

I have tried to install my new subscription but during installation it says the trusteer rapport needs to be uninstalled manually, I attempted this, closed the computer down but it still will not let me install the new f secure software. I do not know where this trusteer rapport has come from but on reading up I think it may have installed when I paid for my subscription. In addition my additional computers will not accept the subscription key that has been given to me. Any ideas on how I can get rid of trusteer rapport or bypass it to enable the complete installation of f secure safe?

With regards your additional computers, can you confirm, is this F-Secure SAFE that you're trying to install, or the stand alone Internet Security?

Thank you for the advice I have managed to uninstall Trusteer rapport now. I have upgraded to f secure safe and that is what the pass key is for, do I have to uninstall and then reinstall f secure to enable the pass key to work?
