trusteer rapport
I have tried to install my new subscription but during installation it says the trusteer rapport needs to be uninstalled manually, I attempted this, closed the computer down but it still will not let me install the new f secure software. I do not know where this trusteer rapport has come from but on reading up I think it may have installed when I paid for my subscription. In addition my additional computers will not accept the subscription key that has been given to me. Any ideas on how I can get rid of trusteer rapport or bypass it to enable the complete installation of f secure safe?

Sorry, not sure what you mean by that. You install F-Secure SAFE via your SAFE Portal. I can't link to that at the moment as I'm on my phone, but this may help:
