F-Secure Request Support doesn't work!

in F-Secure Internet Security

When I go to Request Support and fill in all the details and the captcha, I get this error:

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator. 1422820140143:403-7

 

It has been like thise since 4 days now! this is very unprofessional!

    That's odd. I've just sent a test 'support request' in, and it's been accepted with no problems.

    Thank you for reporting that.

    Did you try to open in English or some other language?

    Do you have some exact time at which it failed for you?

    I just tried again and the reporting system now works :)

    If you encounter the problem again, please note down the time and also as much info  as possible so that we can pinpoint the problem better.
