Ipad doesn't connect with subscription

I bought freedome paid service with iTunes account XXXXXXXXXX@XXXXX.com, I bought it through iPhone
And now I would like to use it with Ipad also, because it s says I can use it with all my iOS devices, but it doesn't subscribe to my iPad

What should I do?

    Hi S6bras,

     

    Is your IPad using the same Apple Id as your iPhone?

    It is currently a restriction to be able to use your subscription on multiple Apple devices.

     

     

  • No I havent got help. I chose this App because it promised that I can use both devices with the same apple id and it dosent so I would like to get my money back
