why isn't my f-secure deleting viruses and spyware

every time i try to get rid of viruses and spyware by using auto clean up to delete them. the viruses and spyware are still there the next time i full scan again. Also when click on "cleanup tool" it says "could no complete operation" please help

  can spyware be deleted the same way as viruses?

  Not sure, but I recommend you to scan with the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

  It's a great complement to any antivirus software, and can remove threats as well.

   

  And the F-Secure Cleanup Tool is the same thing as the OnlineScanner, so try that instead:

  Hi,

  There can be various reasons that make F-Secure unable to remove the infected file.

  Can you open the latest scan report and check where in the pc the files are located?

  And if the Online Scanner also fails as standalone you can try it in Safe mode.
