Hi Mr_Addo,
further to Ben's message;
Your problem arises because your previous Antivirus has not been completely removed.
So as outlined in the posts above use the specific uninstall tool to either remove the Virgin Media Security program or your other previous AV. After this you can install F-Secure SAFE.
