I edited your last post for privacy reason. If you are experiencing issue due to the Mobile Security code being forgotten, kindly refer to AniaC's post to contact Support, this type of case have to be handled outside of the F-Secure Community.
If not could you precise the problem ? In which condition are you blocked? What are you exactly trying to remove?
