[anti-theft] can't use sms/voice on my smartphone

Hi,

Since i installed AT on my ACER liquid z110 (dual sim phone, but only 1 sim inside actually), i regulary lose all connectivity whitout any warning. Only solution to recover connectivity is to reboot the device.

Android is 2.3.6 and the AT version was checked 3 times. When i installed the app, i tested the "locate" funct, wich was working fine.

I think there is a bug with AT and dual sim stuff, at least in this smartphone.

(and sorry for my bad english, i'm french Smiley Wink )

Hi Jean-Marc,

With regards to your problem, have you tried to uninstall our product and see if that solves the problem? If not please try that and do share with us the results of the outcome.

Hi,

I'm sorry, but locking my phone again randomly isn't a valid option, so i will search for another product with "locate" function.

BTW, support form doesn't show android in OS list.
