No reply to location request SMS in C7 running Belle

Hi I installed free anti-theft app for Nokia C7 running Belle edition of Symbian. It starts fine and I can share my location manually Anti-Theft->Location Sharing->"Retrieving location"->ready to send SMS with Google Maps link. Moreover, sending #lock# locks down the device. After entering code, the device unlocks. The problem occurs when I send #locate# to my phone. It receives the request since GPS icon appears to top (satellite antenna). It disappears after a while but no SMS reply is received by another phone. Br, jouni

I guess you have to purchased the paid app to continue on this function.
The product information page says this feature to belong to free Anti-Theft software so I think that is not the reason for this failure.

Please uninstall the old version first.
I uninstalled the previous version and downloaded the version from the link. When it starts, it asks for new subcription code. Where should I get that?

Same problem still, phone receives command but doesn't send reply SMS.
