Synchronisation code failed to be fetched
To my big shock I founfd ou that the pasword vault my devices are not updated!
On my main PC it telle me that it faled to get an synchronisation code and to try later.
Now the Vault on my laptop, phone and tablet are out of date.
I just now noticed, I may have happened when I extended the services to F-Secure.
Question is: is there a problem in your services why this happens or is there some kind of error on my side?
How to solve it without losing the correct version with 131 password. I hope for a quick answer. SO far I have been very happy with F-secure, don't make me leave this service!

While you wait for an official response from an F-Secure representative, I will try to express my thoughts on the matter.
Question is: is there a problem in your services why this happens or is there some kind of error on my side?
I think the cause could be on either side. To get a clearer understanding, you need to look at the logs (which can be generated like this: Using the support tool), but to do that with any sufficient result, you'll either have to wait for an official response here or contact their Official Support channels directly (there: https://www.f-secure.com/en/support - where options are phone call or web-chat as an initial inquest).

If you haven't done so yet, it would be a good idea to create a backup of your stored data.
With Windows - you can export your vault: Exporting Password Vault data
This file can be used later for import in case of any problems, or as a backup method for accessing stored data. Keep in mind that the exported file will be plain text in JSON format, so it's best to store it carefully and securely. Such as: inside an encrypted/zipped archive; or on 'offline' removable media in a secure and safe place.
Just as a prevention of losing 'current' correct version of your passwords.
If 'correct' / up-to-date versions are on your phone/tablet, then it is a bit more tricky. And if so - just for clarification - can you generate sync code on your mobile devices?

Are all devices pinned to 'correct' subscription now?
Did you use all devices often? Or there is a possibility of inactivity for year or so on some of them (or PC precisely)?

Did you mean renewed (like subscription for one more year or so)? If so - were you sure the package you renewed was the right one? I mean, obtained is the same one you had?
Or did you mean real extension of services, like adding something to your package/subscription; count of devices or stuff like that.

The safest way to proceed is:
- Do not reinstall or re-sync all devices yet.
- Do not let an outdated device become the source of synchronization.
- First export the Password Vault from the device that still has the correct 131 passwords.
- Then verify that all devices are signed into the same My F-Secure account and attached to the correct active subscription.
- After that, try generating the sync code only from the device that has the latest correct vault.
- If that still fails, contact official F-Secure support immediately before making further changes.

Managed to revive the synchronisation.
-Exported the password Vault on the main computer
-Uninstalled with the uninstall tool from the website
-New install through the website
-Synched the vault with my laptop, tablet and phone succesfully
