I can't load the browsing extension for F-Secure. I click on Setup as instructed, but cannot see the option to install anywhere

    Hello,

    What is your platform for F-Secure? Is it Windows, macOS or mobile one? And what browser?

    I think, usually, with Windows (Checking that browser extensions are in use) - related store in Browser should be opened or some popups with dialogs about addition of extension.

    With macOS: Checking that browser extensions are in use

    If Android, at what stage did you encounter problems: Setting up the Chrome Protection extension?

    I mean, did something open and you can't find a way to install? or nothing happened at all after clicking Setup?

    My platform is windows and my browser is Chrome. When I click on Setup a picture appears and information on the uses of the browsing extension, but nowhere do I see Install, which should be the next step.

    I would appreciate your help. Thank you!

    Welcome to the F-Secure Community. Thank you for your post.

    After clicking Setup, a page will open in Google Chrome. If the extension is not yet installed, you will see the option "Add to Chrome".

    If it is already installed, you will see "Remove from Chrome" instead.
