That option was discontinued in v25.2. It's the last one mentioned in User interface changes list. The only option we now have is to "Turn off automatic scanning temporarily" in the Device protection settings.

- “Turn off protection” button is no longer available on the Support page.
Another option would be to add the site into Scam Protection/Manage allowed and blocked websites. Not sure if this one will help at all, but try turning off Ad blocker for this website in the browser extension, and see if that helps.

Using F-Secure version 25.2 and I am trying to temporarily turn F-Secure off to see if it the cause of a problem I am having with a shopping website (can't complete checkout).
I've searched the internet for "How to turn F-Secure off" but the only comments I can find (from 2023) refer to an option in "Help and Support" that is not there in my program.
Have you moved it again ? If so where is it now ?

Hi, I can't try it again at the moment as I was placing an order and I don't want to duplicate that order (which I placed by using my iPhone). I will keep a link to your reply so when I do come to try it again I can set the options you suggest.
I will also mark you comments as "answered the question" since you have in effect done so, even though not having the option available anymore was not the answer I was hoping for.
