F-Secure 2013 DOESN'T UPDATE FOR TWO DAYS!

Hi!

This time I will not be nice, because I've had enough of your ignorance.

 

First, I wrote the last several issues of concerns and questions about the new version of F-Secure, and NOBODY has replied.

I wrote about problems with the connection and download signatures and still have these problems. For two days the program does not want to update. Often do not even want to connect to servers! This is screenshot

Does anyone of F-Secure may kindly answer?! If so you are going to treat the members, I apologize, but with a big fan of F-Secure, I will be his opponent.

    Hi,

     

    while I do not know the answer yet, please keep in mind that you are using a Technology Preview, which is (only) supported by the development team working on the product during office hours. So you will need to wait until Monday to get any answer!

     

    Here are some preliminary things you can do:

    1)  reboot, an other update might still be in the queue that needs a reboot.

    2) have a look at FSAUA.DBG and FSAUA.log if there are any hints what goes wrong.

     

    finally please submit a support case, add a fsdiag and report the SR-ID here.
