Subsricption renewal issues

Hi There,

My subscription runs out later this month. At computer startup I'm reminded. I tried to login an renew to my account and renew it but it tells me that it's already renewed... Maybe it is because the sum will be automatically taken from my bank account... I don't know but it is frustrating that I am constantly reminded to do something and it is just not possible to do it...

What is the rootcause here? How coudl this be solved?

    I have checked in the system, and the reason you received the message is that we have received the order, however, the payment was declined by your card issuer". I would suggest you change the payment details.
