The chat for Germany is available. The channel is open as per usual according to the business time from Monday to Friday and from 0800 to 1800 Support kontaktieren | F-Secure
If you are not able to reach the chat channel, you may try again at a different time or call his number for Germany phone support at +49 (0) 89 380 387 55.
