How do I connect devices?

    Hi @Username_3

    Welcome to our Community page. Thank you for your post.

    To sync your vault in ID PROTECTION by using connect devices function, kindly do the following:

    1. Open your ID PROTECTION program
    2. Enter your Master Password
    3. Select Connect devices (on mobile open first Menu on top left) An 8-digit sync code is automatically generated. This code is valid for only 60 seconds
    4. Open ID PROTECTION on the other device you want to sync your password data to
    5. Select Connect devices (on mobile open first Menu on top left) and enter the generated sync code from step 3
    6. Select Connect
    7. When prompted, enter the master password that you use on your Master device (The first device setup)
    8. Once synchronization is successful, select Confirm if syncing to a mobile, or click OK if syncing to a desktop
