Hello,

Impossible with Freedome activated to read my emails on my two @ on the post office site...

I am using Thunderbird 91.8.1 64b

I was aware that for sending Freedome emails could cause problems, but not for collecting mail.

If I deactivate Freedome, my emails are checked !

Can you confirm that this problem exists?

J'avais connaissance que pour l'envoi de mails Freedome pouvait poser des problèmes, mais pas pour relever le courrier.

Si je désactive Freedome, mes mails sont bien relevés !

Pouvez-vous me confirmer l'existence de ce problème ?

    Welcome to our Community page. Thank you for your post.

    I would recommend you to try to turn off FREEDOME and reboot your device. You may change the VPN protocol also on settings and check if you are able to receive the email when FREEDOME is turned on.

    1. Open F-Secure FREEDOME 
    2. Go to Settings
    3. Click Choose VPN protocol
    4. Switch between OpenVPN and IKEv2
    5. Turn the VPN protection on
