Can't active F-Secure Mobile Security

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user.

I think it's just because F-Secure TOTAL package does not include "F-Secure Mobile Security" (which is also not widely available as a solution on current day. As I thought - only for renewal or as a business solution).

Instead, F-Secure TOTAL package is "F-Secure SAFE" (available on desktops and mobile devices as F-Secure SAFE / F-Secure SAFE IS & Mobile AV) + "F-Secure FREEDOME" (vpn) + "F-Secure ID PROTECTION" (with password manager) solutions.

So, as part of F-Secure TOTAL subscription - you can install F-Secure SAFE for Android platform. While F-Secure Mobile Security requires another subscription / licence (to itself). These are two different solutions / applications (in a sense).

Perhaps, F-Secure Mobile Security still can be about some of previous builds. While F-Secure SAFE for Android with recent changes in design and quality.

Some features are already available in Android / iOS platform as default functionality (so removed from F-Secure SAFE). Some features are no longer useful. Some of them - restricted by Google.

However, maybe F-Secure Mobile Security also with some unique features. If so - why not.

I tried to discuss situation and points between F-Secure Mobile Security / F-Secure SAFE there (where also some useful feedback and comments from other community users and F-Secure people):

Maybe, F-Secure Support with some power to rule it out. I mean, your wish to use F-Secure Mobile Security under F-Secure TOTAL subscription. You could try reach their official Support channel there: Contact support | F-Secure

But I think F-Secure SAFE (for Android) can be more reliable.
