F -secure not cleaning virus after scan...

in F-Secure Internet Security

Ran scan software...F-secure discovered two viruses....but doesn't seem to clean or delete or quarantine viruses. Keep getting F-secure popup continuously saying 'virus removed..can continue to use computer'.

 

Not sure if I have virus or not...

 

Any help appreciated

    I suggest for you to contact F-Secure regarding this matter. However, you do get any message other that "virus has been removed"? image

    Hi Manyne...trying to figure out where the fsdiag  file is stored...it's been created but not sure where it is
