SITUATION:
I want to look like a "regular visitor" to final destinations.
QUESTION:
Would denying "πππππππ ππππ" and modifying connection MTU/MSS parameters make it ... well ... "almost impossible" ... for final destinations to know that I am using F-Secure's Freedome VPN?

Those "denying reverse ping and modifying connection MTU/MSS parameters" would not help much. Because when your Freedome is ON, it would obtain the following two situation.
1) In some cases we have reverse DNS pointing to freedome-vpn.net( gateway/node),
2) In some cases it points to our service provider.
However, the IPs we use are usually registered under our name (in some cases not, depends again on our service provider), so there won't be much gain there.
