There are platforms which are supported by Freedome, Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8.1, Windows 10, OS X 10.10 or later, iOS 10 or later, Android 5.0 or later.
Please use instruction listed in link below, to check which version of MacOs are you using :
https://www.howtogeek.com/352753/what-is-the-latest-version-of-macos/If the version is supported, i would suggest uninstalling F-secure Freedome with uninstallation tool and then installing it again.
