I can't connect to any location after updating F-Secure Freedome

in F-Secure VPN

After updating to version 2.25.5766.0 I can't connect F-Secure to any location. If I reinstall it (older version) then only I can connect to any  desired location. The new version is not helping to connect locations. How can I connect to locations with this updated one ?

    I don't use wifi. I have direct fiber optic connection. F-Secure don't connect only after the new update.

    Hello @Nahid8

     

    Its most likely some windows update left/pending or connectivity isssue on the computer that prevents the connection. Sometime the latest windows update often helps with problems related to the VPN connectivity. 

     

    Anyhow,  we have recently released the Freedome ver2.26 for windows.  May I know version of your operating system i.e windows 7 ? I will email you the latest version with re-installation steps in private message.

    Thank you for the details, please check your email to uninstall and re-install the Freedome ver 2.26 then check whether the issue still reproduce.

    I used the same installer you provided. It did not work. Forever connecting to locations !!
