My subscription should end on the 15 November 2019. However, the connection to Freedome began to slow down yesterday night and when I was trying to restart the app, it tells me that my subscription has ended although I still have 11 months to go.
May I know the following information:
1. Is this a multidevice subscription or an app store subscription?
2. What is the OS of the device in which Freedome shows as expired?
3. If it is a multi device subscription, have you tried to put in the subscription code into the app and check if it is getting validated?
