Fredome and bandwidht

Hi

 

I have some problem with Fredome reducing my bandwidht with aroun 50 %....

Is this a known issue and what is the sollution ?

    Did the issue start to happen after any Freedome upgrade?

    What is the current version of  Freedome installed? 
    What is the OS of the device in which Freedome is installed?
    Does it happen on all the locations or just a particular location?

    It was a fresh install.

    Version 2.22.5580.0

    Windows 10

    Its the same on every location

    Hello Segepe,

     

    Could you try to connect to a different network (like a data network or another Wi-Fi network) and check if the issue occurs in them as well?

    That was not much help...

    How many networks do you think we have  ??...Im not a company...need just one...

    Tested both wifi and cable in the network I have.

    I start to regret I extended this service for another year...
