Release device licenses

Hi,

 

Hi,

 

I no longer need a VPN on my iPad Mini and would like to transfer the license to my iPad Pro.

 

When I do this by trying to activate the Freedome Account ID code in the iOS app it says:

 

Oops

You have already used this ID on this device

 

How do I release the previous iPad Mini device from my account so I can replace it with the Pro?

    May I know what is the version of Freedome installed on the iPad Pro? Is it the recent version?

     

    Have you purchased the Freedome App store license in your IPad Pro before? If yes, do you still have the license in the device?

     

    You can use the license transfer functionality with Freedome as mentioned in this article to transfer your Freedome license from iPad Mini to iPad Pro.
