Hello,
Sorry for my reply (I'm also only F-Secure user -> their home solutions);
Does your experience about BSOD with certain steps? Like 'ability' to repeat this?
And/or does only F-Secure security solution installed under system?
With common meanings:
--> There was such topic:
https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure-SAFE/BSOD-after-installing-newer/m-p/83506
(with some suggestions);
So, if this is not a local trouble (based on previous security solution's drivers or current compatibility troubles; or hardware-based drouble) -- possible to try contact direct F-Secure Support Channels (chat/phone):
https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/contact-support
Because they with abilities to provide certified help and investigation (or do confirm 'known' trouble);
It can be useful to create fsdiag (and then transfer it to Support directly);
Thanks!
