46/5000 Where can I find the F-Secure ID for Freedome?

I have installed the test version of Freedome on my Samsung tablet. After expiration of the test period, I bought a subscription for 3 devices. Now on my Windows notebook is the hard disk defective. How can I activate the 3rd license again? I can not find any corresponding emails in my email account.

    Just to confirm with you, do you like to know about your subscription code or about the license transfer functionlity?
