Hello,
For stop F-Secure Freedome (?!) -> you have to to open Main UI (tray-picture under desktops or opening app under mobile platforms) and switch "main button" from "On" to "Off";
Or by rightclick for tray-menu -> "Turn off";
Also you able to see that -> this is kind of popular trouble between VPN and Netflix:

Sorry for my reply.
So, F-Secure Freedome is uninstalled under device - but Netflix anyway show "some notifications"?
Maybe you able try to restart device (or re-connect network); If not helpful.. maybe there can be useful next information:
-- device/OS type;
-- does there possible that Netflix have troubles with another software?
Since - I'm also only user of F-Secure solutions (their home solutions); Maybe you able to try contact F-Secure Support Official Channels as chat/phone:
