how to authorise a site? remains blocked although in list of authorised sites
I need an open source, free application called logframer.eu (softpedia 100% no spyware, no adware, no viruses!!!). It is an application used by a professional, perhaps not numerous community of development project planners/designers making LOGICAL FRAMEWORKS of project design, monitoring and evaluation and budgeting, and I have to use it.
BUT F-Secure Safe blocks it always even though it is on the list of authorised sites in F-S Safe list. I have tried to open even the logframer.eu site but nothing happens (both in Safari and Mozilla Firefox).
Is there a way to MAKE F-S SAFE TO OBEY ITS OWN LIST OF AUTHORISED SITES?
(I managed to install the Logframer programme on my desktop during my earlier F-Sec Internet protection, the predecessor of Safe. But now I am travelling with the laptop...and stuck with this appli of logframer.)
If you think that this website and application - OK and safe -> most helpful step will be transfer URL to F-SECURE SAS for re-rate it:
Where you able to check option and give more description about situation ("harmless webpage" blocked by Browsing Protection). It also can be with response by F-Secure Labs about reasons for such blocking (false positive or not); Usually it can to take three-four work days.
Also - if your words means that you added certain URL to list of allow/deny websites and anyway webpage is blocked (as example, you used "Allow website" - but page still blocked). Maybe you able to re-check about "www." (maybe it can be partly related there) and add both URLs to list of allowed websites (like www.URL and just URL); How I can to understand - your experience about Mac - so maybe it will be with called as "web site exceptions".
Some of help/documentation can be there: https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#home/safe-mac/2016/en/task_BF2E8568FDB34273B7835C9E15AAA1E9-safe-mac-2016-en
Sorry if I wrong understood your situation.
