Reinstalled OS on laptop: need a new code (5 user subscription)

Hello. I have a 5 user account with Freedome. I recently had to re-install the operating system on my laptop and so my Freedome account code will no longer work on this device. Can you assist me with resetting the code and the procedure for ensuring the remaining devices can also still use Freedome?

We have the license transfer functionality with Freedome as mentioned in this article. Are you reinstalling Freedome using the recent installer? Please try to reinstall Freedome on your device and follow the instructions in the article in order to transfer your license to this device.
