Initial full system scan

I just started the beta and ran my first full system scan. It took quite some time and is understandable. My problem came up when I got to 45020 files scanned. It just sat there for way too long. I stopped the scan and only then did it start the cleaning process. No problems other than that.

    Please open a support case and provide a fsdiag with it. these are rare situation which must be investigated to improve th eproduct. Thanks for your help.

    Also, if you can remember, was the scan going through system files or program files?  System files can tend to hang up.  Especially if you need to defrag =)

    Thanks for the replies. It was scanning the virtual PC XP mode file on my second hard drive.
